History
Jigsaw Accounting was established in 2008 by Joanne McCauley from an existing practice in Goulburn. Since then, the practice has grown in size due to word of mouth and our clients recommending us. In 2014 a second office was opened in Winston Hills to cater for our ever-growing Sydney client base, and 2015 saw the opening of the third office, within Chamberlains Law Firm, in Canberra. In early 2017, Winston Hills expanded into new, larger premises and our own Canberra office opened in late 2017.
Customer Service
We pride ourselves on our customer service. We commit to returning your call within 1 business day, and, if we haven’t done so, ask you to call again. You should not have to wait to speak to an accountant. We understand your taxes are important, and we treat you the way we would like to be treated.
Fees
We charge reasonable prices and provide a quality service. Combined, we have spent many years training, and believe our time is well worth the fees we charge. We are happy to discuss fees and are open and honest in what we charge by providing comprehensive price lists and fixed fee agreements.

We like to work as a team. All work is done by our capable staff members and then is checked by a Partner. With qualified staff and a mentoring program for each staff member, you can rest assured that your work is in safe hands.

We are happy to recommend services provided by business colleagues, but we commit to being impartial. We do not get kickbacks, and will never recommend a service to you based on what we will get out of it. We owe a duty of care to our clients to do what is best for them, not what is best for us.
